About us

It all started from a dream. Two friends with a life-long aspiration to create an eatery that was more than just a restaurant – a happy, friendly place where people could enjoy well-crafted food that sparked excitement in their tastebuds.

Inspired by the warm and welcoming culture of Hawaii and its local food - poké, we decided to bring it home to New Jersey. We developed a menu that not only pays homage to the original favorite, but infuses a wide array of flavors that we had grown to love.
